Julie Brown Scholarship
On June 5th, 2022, Julie Brown, mother of FACTS for Youth Founder, Jasmine Brown, passed away following a courageous four year battle with breast cancer. Julie was passionate about athletics and was a fierce competitor herself. She could often be found cheering her five kids on in any of their athletic endeavors, including swim. Julie was an enthusiastic volunteer and served on the Board as a TSA Rep. She will be greatly missed by her Barracuda family, but her fighting spirit and legacy of passion, hard work, and joy will live on as each of us participate on the team she loved and supported. The Brown Family and The Sunset Ridge Barracudas would like to honor her life through the Julie Brown Scholarship fund. This scholarship will go to a deserving high school senior to support their educational pursuits. In lieu of flowers please donate below.
