Our Mission

Our Mission at FACTS for Youth is to provide high school students and athletes in underserved communities financial literacy workshops. Through basic money management and college and career exploration, we are building our youth and adding value to the community.

What We Do

FACTS for Youth offers essential financial literacy training and services aimed at empowering students and athletes for future success. Through our comprehensive workshops, participants gain vital financial knowledge to prepare for life after high school. Our specific objectives and purpose are:

• Deliver Financial Literacy Programs: We provide engaging financial literacy enrichment programs to underserved counties in North Carolina, focusing on essential money management skills for youth.

• Support Post-High School Success: Assist students with career exploration, interview training, and college application support to ensure a smooth transition from high school to their next steps.

• Offer Financial Counseling: Provide tailored financial counseling services to students and their families, equipping them with the tools needed for effective money management.

• Award Scholarships: Grant scholarships to graduating high school seniors to help cover the costs of college or trade school, supporting their educational and career aspirations.
